From South London
A friend, Elaine Lavery, posted me some business cards. She is the co-author of "The Lady In Green", a limited edition book about Mary Hare, the founder of the school now known as Mary Hare Grammar School. Here is a selection (click for large view):--
Over the years I had kept business cards, and decided to make a hobby of it. To mark this new hobby, on 10 December 2007, I joined the International Business Card Collectors, now an online club.
Any business cards that I collect, in good condition (no writing on front), will find a good home to my collection. The cards are catalogued into a database, and stored in folders with archival quality plastic sleeves.
These cards do not gather dust in an attic - I regularly view these cards, and appreciate the design and artwork. A selection of these cards are scanned and uploaded onto my website www.kreb.org.uk
